This track introduces the orphan.

In the story of Elijah, he was a man searching for the voice of God through storms, wind, and fire. God was not found in these voices but in a whisper.

Sometimes orphans look for home in fire, storms, and wind. A declaration for finding home is made by the orphan that the search won't end "until I hear You breathe".
